What we send by text, and how to stop it.

Who we are
InjuryDox is the program name patients see on every text. InjuryDox Health LLC, 30 N Gould St #23304, Sheridan, WY 82801, operates the program. Help is available without signing in at hello@injurydox.com.
The program sends account notifications to an enrolled patient about that patient’s own InjuryDox account. InjuryDox collects the consent itself. A clinic, attorney, or other company cannot opt a patient in, and InjuryDox does not send texts for them.
What we send
Patients who opt in may receive:
- Reminders to complete a check-in
- Appointment reminders, reschedules, and cancellations
- A notice that a new message is waiting in the portal
- A one-time verification code, sent only when the patient requests one at sign-in
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Texts do not include diagnoses, treatment instructions, marketing, billing, financing, settlements, or legal matters. They are not emergency care. Call 911 in an emergency.
How you opt in
During account onboarding at platform.injurydox.com, the patient enters a mobile number and may check the box below. The box is optional and unchecked. Onboarding can be finished without checking it, and consent is not a condition of care. No account text is sent until the patient checks the box. The same consent is shown here so it can be read without signing in. The box on this page does not enroll anyone.

By checking this box, I agree to receive automated account-notification texts from InjuryDox at the number I enter. Messages may include check-in reminders, appointment reminders and changes, a notice that a portal message is waiting, and a one-time sign-in code when I request one. After the box is checked, the first text is the confirmation in the next section. A sign-in code is a separate, one-time message and is sent only when the patient asks for one.

Later account notifications. Each one names InjuryDox and says how to stop.
How you opt out
Reply STOP to any InjuryDox text. CANCEL, END, QUIT, STOPALL, and UNSUBSCRIBE also opt the number out. InjuryDox then sends the opt-out confirmation above and sends nothing further unless the patient opts in again from notification settings. Opting out does not change care.
Reply HELP for help, or email hello@injurydox.com. Questions about a text or data plan go to the wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
The mobile number and the consent record are used only to run this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the privacy policy and the terms of service.
Forms on this website
A phone number on the Get started form is optional and is used only to return a call. Sending that form does not opt anyone into text messages.
