No. InjuryDox is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not recommend a specific attorney.

Does InjuryDox promise a settlement result?

No. InjuryDox does not promise claim, settlement, reimbursement, treatment, or litigation outcomes.

Who makes clinical decisions?

Clinical decisions are made by licensed treating professionals. InjuryDox organizes information for review.

Are records shared with attorneys automatically?

No. Records are shared only through appropriate authorization, legal process, or another permitted workflow.

Does InjuryDox recommend attorneys?

No. If legal questions come up, patients may request information about independent attorneys familiar with the InjuryDox workflow. InjuryDox does not recommend a specific attorney or require patients to hire counsel.

Is the software making diagnoses?

Current software functionality is designed to organize and display patient-reported information for clinical review. It is not intended to provide automated diagnosis or treatment recommendations.

Does InjuryDox replace existing care pathways?

No. InjuryDox is designed to work alongside current physicians, care partners, attorneys, and workflows where appropriate.

Are optional services required?

No. Available services should be used only when they fit the patient's situation, professional workflow, and applicable requirements.
