The clinical anchor

A continuous data stream between your appointments.

RTM is a reimbursable, established clinical service (CPT 98975–98981) — not an experimental add-on. IDx Medical Group, P.C. is an independent, physician-owned practice that carries clinical oversight, data review, and the monitoring relationships. InjuryDox provides the technology platform, coordination, and documentation infrastructure.

The treating relationship stays with you. RTM adds a continuous data stream between your appointments — so the chart reflects the recovery you don't see in the room.

What RTM monitors — daily check-ins across ~20 dimensions

A visit captures a moment. RTM captures the arc.

IDx Medical Group clinicians monitor approximately 20 clinical dimensions of daily-life function through a one-minute daily check-in. Item selection is adaptive under a physician-directed protocol — responses drive follow-up, so emerging symptoms are explored and active complaints are followed to full documentation. The result is structured patient-reported outcome (PRO) data, collected daily — a program designed on the principles of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, where recovery is assessed in function.
